Fisher Price recently introduced its newest Kids Digital Camera. With
its kid tough, waterproof capabilities, children can finally take
pictures just like Mom and Dad with their very own camera.
The
introduction of digital cameras into the marketplace turned ordinary
people into serious photographers, because they could take a look at
each picture and delete the ones they didn't like. For several years,
this remained an adults-only activity, and children were restricted to
only looking at the pictures their parents took. However, many children
begged to take pictures. They wanted to be like their parents, but their
parents didn't want to risk having their expensive cameras dropped by
young hands.
Fisher-Price noticed that and developed the first
kid's only digital camera, called the Kid Tough Digital Camera. This
digital camera was made of a rough exterior that could withstand the
abuse that young child put it through. This quickly became a best seller
and children everywhere could take pictures just like their parents.
Fisher-Price,
not one to stop innovating, just released the newest innovation to
their line just in time for the holiday season: the Kid Tough Waterproof
Digital Camera! The Kids Digital Camera is perfect for year-round
picture taking and can withstand any abuse that a child can put it
through, including spills and splashes. In fact you can submerge this
tough toy in up to 3 feet of water for 30 minutes, and it will still be
working just fine!
This Kids Digital Camera gives your young photographer the equipment that's necessary to capture special moments "on film."
Built
specially for children ages 3 and up, rubberized grips help prevent the
camera from slipping out of little hands. Big buttons make operation
easy.
And there are two options for aiming the camera at a
subject. Your child can look through the two-eye viewfinder or view the
subject on the color LCD screen. The screen doubles as a picture edit
area, just like big-people cameras. Pictures can be reviewed and deleted
as desired.
With built-in photo memory (which means there are no
memory cards to lose) of 64 MB, the Kid Tough Waterproof Camera holds
up to 500 pictures. Low and high resolution options allow your child to
adjust picture quality to either save memory or take better pictures.
Photos can be printed, ideally at up to 4″x6″.
Pictures can be downloaded to your computer through the included USB cable.
